ref title: this message appears when I try to log on as the admin.user..I type in my password and it goes immediately to this message..I use a dell inspiron lap top with windows 7 home and I am now on the second & only other user account, which works fine..I have attempted one of the recommended fixes I saw by choosing a different restore pt./date to restore the system..in this process my user/password is required and when I type my password in/enter it goes blank..so I can't complete this recommended fix..Also I explored the posibility of setting up another user account, but again it brings up the admin. user box, request password, and when I enter, it goes blank..So it appears that any time the admin user/password is requested, I'm stuck..Is there a fix for this situation??
